On August 27
Th I had my appointment to find out the gender of the baby and Rusty was not able to make it to the appointment because he was still working in Vernal and couldn't make it home. He was very
disappointed so I told him I could change my appointment or I could have the
nurse write it down and I wouldn't look so we could find out together. He agreed I should just go to my appointment because we new we would be in Wyoming by the next week and didn't want to have to drive back to Utah for a Doc appointment. I made this little paper so the
nurse could write the outcome on it. Rusty got off work in Vernal on Saturday afternoon and was on his way back in town but then got called to work in
SLC for the night. The next time I saw him was Sunday morning at 2:30 a.m. when he woke me up so we could look at the paper together.
I think Rusty was shocked that it was a boy he really thought it was going to be a girl and I thought it would be a boy but I think he had convinced me it would be a girl so I was a little shocked too.
